History
Bay Athletic Football Club was formed in 1972 and joined the Huddersfield and District Football League, where it has had many successes over the years. In 1995 the Club applied to join the West Riding County Amateur League, and this was granted, with the team competing from the following year. Throughout their history Bay have always been in and amongst the titles and cup winners, of which many still bear their name to this day. It is with this history that the players still go out in this day to wear the club emblem on their proud chests.
